For parents of K-5 future athletes

Raise a champion, one bedtime at a time.

Bedtime Beasts turns your kid's bedtime routine into a monthly board-game journey. Roll the dice, talk about what matters, move like an athlete - and build the hard work and discipline that great athletes (and great people) are made of.

The nightly routine

Three steps. Ten minutes. Every night.

Move like an athlete

Spin the labeled exercise wheel - then an animated coach pops up and demonstrates the move. Every star checkpoint levels up the training: more reps, then extra sets, just like real practice.

The monthly focus

You pick what they're building this month.

Every month, choose one character value for each kid. All 30 nights of scripts and questions reinforce it - through the lens of their favorite adventure.

Questions

What parents ask us.

How long does the routine take each night?

About ten minutes: roll the dice, do the space you land on, read the script and talk through one question, then do one quick exercise together. It's designed to fit inside the bedtime you already have - not add to it.

What ages is it for?

Kindergarten through 5th grade. The scripts and questions are written so a kindergartner can answer them and a 5th grader still finds them worth talking about.

Does it cost anything?

No - Bedtime Beasts is free for families. Create an account, add your kids, and start tonight.

What happens if we miss a night?

Nothing breaks. The journey waits right where you left it, and the trophy is still at the end of the path. Showing up the next night is the whole lesson - that's dedication in action.

Can both parents use it?

Yes. Progress saves to your family account and syncs across devices, so whoever runs bedtime tonight picks up exactly where the last night ended.

Do my kids need their own screens?

No - it's one screen (yours), held together at bedtime. The app is the game board and the coach; the talking and moving happen in the room, together.

Tonight's a great night to start.

Create your family account, add your champions, and pick this month's focus.
